First run at a festival: JagFest, 16–18 October 2026, at the 60-minute length. Any of the others is arranged directly — tell me how long you have and I will tell you which one fits.

We each build a castle from the blocks of our experience — and some blocks were set so long ago they now wear the face of the walls themselves. This is a workshop in seeing them, and in reclaiming the authority to raise them anew.

Come with one in mind: a rule you live by, a limit you hold, a belief about yourself you set down so long ago it now feels like simple truth. If none arrives beforehand, come instead with the edge you are working on in yourself right now — where you are growing, and what you make of yourself as you go — or with one recent experience that moved you. We find the block together.

The formats

One workshop at five lengths. Each is the same arc, taken as far as the time allows, and each carries its own name so a programme says what it is getting.
