I build instruments of authorship and sovereignty. Each one returns authority to whoever should be holding it — a person, a household, a community, a business, any body that governs itself.
Free software, workshops run in person, AI integration, mentoring, and craft made one at a time. Two apps are on phones today. Re-Authoring meets its first festival room in October, so a seat in it is a seat in something still finding its shape. Everything below carries enough detail to judge before you take it.

Three ways in, and they ask progressively more of you.
Three ways in. Each one asks a bit more of you than the last.
- Open source — free, and yours the moment you install it.
- Workshops — a room, a seat, and a date.
- Work with me — made to order, and it starts with a conversation.
Open source
Software I build and give away. Licensed GPL-3.0 so every version downstream stays as free as this one, and built so the claims are checkable before you install. Take it and it is yours.
Free software I make and give away. The licence keeps it free for whoever gets it next, and you can check what it does before installing it. It is yours the moment you install it.

Workshops
Rooms I run, in person. Each one is modular — the same arc taken as far as the time allows, from a 30-minute slot up to a multi-day intensive, with its own name at each length. Each says what a person leaves holding before anyone commits to a seat.
Sessions I run in person, with people in a room. Each one comes at several lengths — the same thing taken as far as the time allows, from 30 minutes up to several days, with its own name at each size. Each tells you what you will walk away able to do before you sign up.

Work with me
Work made to order, one at a time, and every one of these opens with a conversation. What it settles at runs from koha to a named rate, and the calendar decides which.

What runs underneath
None of this is for sale. It is the working stack behind everything above — running unattended on my own hardware, and the reason the claims on this page are answerable.

- A resident multi-agent fleet
- A booking and appointment platform
- A published Android application
- A self-hosted voice interface
- A zero-knowledge credentialing system
Each one, and what it is evidence of, sits on the practice. The voice this site is written in is machine-checked too — that is in the colophon.
How to check any of this
Every claim here is meant to be one you can check, and each of the three bands carries its own means.
- The software publishes its signing key with every release and builds reproducibly, so an independent build of the same source produces a byte-identical file. The permission list is readable in the manifest before you install anything.
- The workshops list what a person leaves holding, in plain words, before anyone books a seat. 5 of them for Re-Authoring, each one a thing you leave able to do.
- The made-to-order work carries a test on every offer page — the specific thing you can ask me to show you, before either of us agrees to anything.
Where a thing is still rough, its own page says so. That seems the honest way round.
