A workshop that runs on chairs, paper and a room that can be quiet. I bring the rest.
Re-Authoring runs as a ninety-minute session for six to ten people, and it cuts cleanly to sixty or thirty for a festival slot. Thirty minutes shows a room the shape of the thing. Sixty turns it once with them inside it.
It needs a circle of chairs, floor space, and quiet. No sound system, no screen, no power. I arrive early, set the room up, and put it back afterwards.
I carry more than my own slot. I have built and run a volunteer organisation from zero — recruitment, training, the whole operating system a crew needs — and I do the systems work that most gatherings need and rarely have on hand.
