I build websites for local businesses first and ask second. If someone sent you a link to a site with your business's name on it, I made that site for you. This page says what it costs, how it becomes yours, and what happens after.

Your domain name, paid to the registrar. In your own hosting account, the domain is the whole running cost.

For changes beyond the site as shown. The first hour is free, and with a few small changes it covers setting the site up for you.

How it works
- Look at it. The link you were sent is private and kept out of search engines. Click through every page, on your phone too.
- Pick a look. Each site comes in three. Your link has a page where you pick one, choose a domain and a home for it, and save your choices.
- Choose who looks after it. You, in a hosting account in your own name. Or me, on a care plan.
- Pay NZ$500. First you read a one-page agreement that says what is included, and tick to accept it. Then pay by PayPal or Monero.
- It becomes yours. The domain is registered in your name and the hosting account is yours. The files and the copyright pass to you in writing. Your own photos go in, and you get a one-page guide to changing the words and pictures yourself.
Care plans
Keep · NZ$25 a month
Your site kept online and its host watched, a reminder before your domain renews, a monthly check that it loads, and one small text change a month.
Tend · NZ$60 a month
Everything in Keep, plus 30 minutes of changes a month for hours, menus and prices, and outages fixed the same day.
Grow · NZ$150 a month
Everything in Tend, plus an hour a month for new pages, a quarterly check of how Google and AI assistants describe you, and a seasonal refresh of the look.
Pay monthly, or yearly at the price of ten months. Stop any time: the plan runs to the end of what you paid, and the site and domain stay yours.
Yours to keep, yours to move
The site is a set of plain files. You can move them to any host whenever you choose, and you can make the move yourself. You keep the domain, the files and the copyright whichever way you go.
The site sets no tracking cookies and loads everything from its own address, so your visitors stay between them and you.
If you would rather pass
Say so, and I delete the site that day. Otherwise it comes down two weeks after I first get in touch. Until then, the page carries a line naming it a concept made for your business, so anyone who finds it can tell it apart from your official site.
